This new cuvée from the Domaines de l'Émissaire range is the brainchild of Denis Chazarain, who, in an innovative effort to revitalize the vineyard, persuaded his team to craft a Blanc de Noirs. Under the Vin de France appellation, this unconventional white wine has already found its audience.

Blanc de Nuit is a white wine made from Merlot Noir grapes, meticulously harvested at night to capture the fruit’s natural freshness, shaping its distinctive character. Its bright, crystalline pale hue is instantly inviting, while the nose is irresistibly generous, revealing aromas of citron, mango, white flowers, and citrus.

On the palate, the attack is vibrant and fresh, quickly giving way to a voluminous texture, yet it is the lively acidity, tension, and lingering finish that define its signature style.
